Can't help but notice that it clashes with the national rally this year.
Am I the only person left with a wall planner in this age of the computer?
Edited to correct a silly error.

As I have done many National Rallies and only 2 RBLR1000's, I have registered again for the RBLR1000. Besides my father was always an avid British Legion member so its the least I can do to contunue the family tradition.
I've done north clockwise and north anticlockwise so will probably head south this time

If I do this next year I'm toying with a southern route for
a change after my previous two up north. Any views Crezz
on either direction and options for alternate receipt
points, as those listed don't look like the best use of the
route.

Mark I think have to get a receipt in the specified places (Or at least the same town)

North has by far the best scenery, but South seemed to
have the faster roads.
I think as long as you get a receipt in the same
town/place and you have the mileage at the end, it don't
matter.

Autoroute with my usual settings is coming up with around
18 hours for the south anticlockwise route. My only rest
points are at the receipt locations which also nicely puts
me about the 200 mile mark for fuel. This puts me around
London at about 17.00 & 20.00hrs which might help.
