Just thought I would start a new thread for questions
from the BBR rally team.

What time are the team expected at Rally HQ on the
Friday?

Do we need to come to Rally HQ on Saturday?

Once again, what time on Sunday?

And for me specifically - what time are we likely to be
at Rally HQ on Friday evening and Sunday? I got some
parental responsibilities at home :)

If your taking requests then a Victoria sponge would make my weekend :)

Simon and myself are doing the rally team and I know quite a few others are.  Simon and I just wanted to confirm times to arrive as I only live 40 mins down the A1 from Rally HQ.

Unless Chris says different (I don't think he will):
Chris will be at Rally HQ from Thursday.  Phil and I plan to arrive around mid-day on Friday.
I'm guessing check-in and technical inspection will start from around 1.30pm, so having you around from then would be great.

Do we need to come to Rally HQ on Saturday?

No - I think the team members staying over will be enough to cover the start of the Rally.

Once again, what time on Sunday?

Probably around 2.30ish

Friday dinner is at 7.00, and Sunday dinner is at 7.30.
Depends if you want to stay for the handing out of the Rally Books on Friday, and the Presentations on Sunday, but that should give you a guide.

Rick

I believe there are 10 on the team.   I await cake with bated breath, seeing as I've not had the opportunity to sample before.

I will try to get up to hotel for 7.00pm on Friday. I can
hang around till quite late, let Phil have a kip from Car
Park duty till mid-night or so.

Then I'll pop back Sunday for the day.

I'll be there Friday afternoon and as I can't "pop" home, I'll be staying
Fri and Sat nights. Planning a little ride out on the Saturday to keep me
amused

Me too, was thinking of doing any Phoker Rally locations within striking
distance. Want to join me Dave?

Later
