When I got home from my SS1000 last night, I spread all my reciepts out and double checked my milage in Google Maps and Mapquest. Google displayed 1008 and Maquest displayed 1002. An hour later, being nervous, I hoped back on the bike and rode another 20 miles. I did get reciepts to reflect the 20...even tho I put a few ounces at each stop and the time on each reciept is 20 minutes apart. If properly documented, would this be fine?

If you were still within the 24-hour time limit and your end witness had not yet signed off, it should be fine. Be sure you log your hour at home to account for the time.
