Davo, if you make it to the finish of the IBR09 at Spokane, I'll buy you as many beers as you can hold.    Maybe I'll see you there.

Lowrider, it was a long cold winter and you were bored right?

Very Kewl. What is the total certified rides. It's really surprising that BBG are #3. That makes my SS2000 more rare then a BBG.

The number of SS1000's don't seem right thats only about 1 per member.

I'm retired so I do have a lot of time on my hands.  Thank goodness.     I believe there is 39,397 certified rides, give or take a few.  BBG are probably number 3 on the list because it is a prequisite to all the other extreme rides.

I also had the same doubts about the SS1000 number.  However, I counted it several times and still got around the same number.  Mike or someone else will have to answer that question.  I do know that many of the smaller numbers are reserved but I don't know how many. Also I believe a lot of people started out riding the SS1500 or the BBG without doing the SS1000.

BTW. I also a photo of you at JAX.  If I can get time from my busy schedule,    I'll send it to you.

Lowrider..

A number of people who have done the NPT have not done a SS1000. It is a deceptively tough ride, I have tried twice and not succeeded.

It also appears, if I am right in assuming that there are about 35,000 members, that most riders do not have certs for more than one ride? Thanks, Davo, for the list. It says alot about the diversity of riders and styles in this group. It also tells me I have a bunch of riding to do!
Sorry if this seems redundant, I think Rototiller already covered this "...

There are also a handful of NPT Platinums out there, which I didn't notice on your list.  I think there are only 5 or 6 of those, and most of them are probably alumni of the Aloha 1000.  Going to Volcanoes National Park on the warm-up ride the day before the 1000 was the sort of thing that got you to thinking, especially with the stamp for a park in Hawaii right in front of you.

Jim the NPT platinums are on the list with 6 finishers.  They are entered as :  111. National Parks Tour Master Traveler PLATINUM.  It looks like you are one of the six. Congratulations.

Well, thanks, that's very nice of you.  I'm sorry that I overlooked them on your list.

I'd have to say that I think your compilation is one of the more interesting things I've seen in a while.  You must have a lot of work in it.
